Obituary: Marie Katherine Pratt

Her Legacy… Marie Katherine Pratt, Age 101, passed away May 22, 2019.  She was born on July 29, 1917, in Chelsea, Michigan to Joseph and Olga (Kaercher) Wenk. Marie married the love of her life, Robert Pratt, on November 23, 1939 at Sharon United Methodist Church in Manchester where they have been lifelong members.  Marie enjoyed playing the organ at church for many years as well as providing alter flowers that were grown in their garden.  She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Her Family… Marie will be missed by her children Rex Pratt, Robert (Rose) Pratt and Susan Pratt, daughter in-law Conni Pratt, five grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.   She is preceded in death by her husband Robert, son Roy and granddaughter Amy.

Her Farewell… Marie’s family and friends will gather on Saturday, May 25, 2019 from 9:00 am until the time of her Farewell at Sharon United Methodist Church, 19980 W. Pleasant Lake Rd., Manchester, MI at noon.   Rev.
