BRIDGEWATER TOWNSHIP, WASHTENAW COUNTY, MICHIGAN

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR AN

EXTRACTION PERMIT APPLICATION

Notice is hereby given that the Bridgewater Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 24, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Township Hall (10990 Clinton Road, Manchester, MI 48158), per the requirements of Extraction Ordinance No. 59, as amended, to receive comments on an application from Gerken Materials, Inc. and the Mary Janet Crego Peltcs Living Trust for approval of an existing mineral extraction license renewal and expansion of mining operations and lake. 

The subject parcels Q-17-29-200-008, -009 & -010 and extraction operation are located in the northwest quarter of Section 29 and east one-half of Section 30, bounded by Willow Road to the north, Hogan Road to the east, and Allen Road to the south; and in the AG (General Agriculture) zoning district.
