The Manchester Lions will be holding its annual Cider Sales on Saturday, October 17th as has been done in the past. We inherited this fundraiser from the Kiwanis last year. Lion members and guests will be stationed on the corner of Main Street and M-52 from 9 am to 1 pm. Additional crews will be on the curb on Clinton Street by the Marathon and Post Office. Half-gallon jugs of cider can be purchased for $5. Volunteers will be wearing masks and gloves, with one person collecting the money, and a second person handling the cider. This is an important fund-raiser for the Lions Club, as all of our usual fund-raisers have been cancelled.

Alber Orchard generously provides the cider, and Lions members will be assisting at the orchard to make our 300 half-gallons. We sincerely appreciate Therese and Mike's support.

For as little as $1 a month, you can keep Manchester-focused news coverage alive.
