Whether you own a small lot or hundreds of acres, having a land management plan can help you to maximize your resources and implement conservation more effectively. Do you want to transition land to native pollinator habitat? Establish an orchard? Reforest an area or just build healthier soil? Land management planning helps you to outline existing conditions on a property and layout options for making improvements.

Next Friday, December 11, from 1-2 pm, the Washtenaw County Conservation District will be hosting a free Webinar to introduce the key elements of Land Management Planning. MAEAP Technician Nick Machinski will present tools for site evaluation, goal creation and determining a management strategy that fits the landowner's needs.

RSVP is required due to limited space. Please contact Megan DeLeeuw to reserve your space at 734.302.8715, megan.deleeuw@macd.org or submit an RSVP form at www.washtenawcd.org. Once registered, you will be emailed a link and password to the Webinar.
