The Community-wide garage sale is a "go" for 2021.

Last Monday night, Village Council approved the event for Friday and Saturday, July 23-24, from 8 am to 4 pm each day, after a presentation by organizer Kim Strickland.

As an exception to the village sign ordinance, sellers may put freestanding signs in front of their own property but not on utility poles, lamp posts, etc. within the village. One standardized sign will be included with the $10 registration fee and can be displayed on the public corner with registration number. All signs must be removed by Monday, July 26. Any sign violating these guidelines may be removed. Additional standardized signs can be purchased for a fee of $3 each.

Registered individuals will receive a number after registration/payment which must be included on all signs. Registration will include advertisement, listing in the community brochure/map, online interactive map and directional sign inclusion.

Registration must be completed by July 16 in order to be included in the brochure and map that will be distributed. Register here: http://bit.ly/ManchesterGarageSale
