NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Proposed incorporation of lands from the Village of Manchester to the City of Manchester;

Petition No. 20-I-01

The area proposed for incorporation consist of the entire Village of Manchester as referred to in the map below:

The State Boundary Commission will hold a public hearing remotely on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. Attendees will have the ability to either join the meeting by Zoom or telephone.

The public hearing is being held to receive comments from the public and interested parties on the proposed incorporation and gather information relative to the review criteria outlined in MCL 123.1009 of the State Boundary Commission Act, 1968 PA 191.

Oral comments may be presented at the hearing on April 28, 2021, or submitted in writing by mail, email, or facsimile by close of the hearing on April 28, 2021, to the address stated below.
