During the month of March 2021 there were 133 calls for service; 69 traffic stops were made, resulting in five citations.

Noteworthy events in Manchester Village during March include:

On March 7, a collaboration deputy was dispatched to the 500 block of Granger Street for a malicious destruction of property report. The complainant reported that she had discovered damaged windows at the home as a result of an unknown suspect(s) throwing rocks at the glass. The home is regularly vacant, and a timeframe of when the incident may have occurred is unknown. No witnesses to the incident were located.

On March 10, a collaboration deputy was dispatched to the 100 block of Hibbard Street for a report of fraud. The complainant reported that he was scammed out of $4,810 when an unknown suspect from a fictitious company sent him a check to be deposited in his bank account. The victim deposited the check, and then later withdrew the money at the request of the suspect. The victim's bank indicated that the original check had bounced and the money that he withdrew to send back to the suspect, was his own since the check did not clear. At this time, there are no suspects due to a lack of information regarding the telephone number and name used by the suspect.

On March 31, a collaboration deputy was dispatched to the 100 block of Hibbard Street for a report of a larceny. The complainant reported that she had a package stolen from her porch by an unknown suspect. A security camera had captured the theft; however, the suspect, described as a heavy-set male, possibly a Caucasian, had a hooded sweatshirt pulled over his face so his identity was concealed.

Deputies investigated five ordinance violations in March.
