The public meeting with the State Boundary Commission that will be held this Wednesday, April 28 at 7 pm, is now scheduled to be held via Zoom, due to emergency orders in both Washtenaw and Ingham Counties. The public hearing is being held to receive comments from the public and interested parties on the proposed incorporation and gather information relative to the review criteria outlined in MCL 123.1009 of the State Boundary Commission Act, 1968 PA 191, in regards to the petition by the Village of Manchester to become a city.
