Training event scheduled for EMS, fire, rescue

Ackerson School will be the site of a training exercise on May 26.

A training event hosted by the Manchester Township Fire Department, will be held at Ackerson School, 403 City Road, at two separate times on Wednesday, May 26.

Each event will be about three hours long and the first one will begin at 9 am. The second event will start at 6 pm.

Fire Chief Bill Scully reports that there may also be a helicopter on scene as part of the exercise.
