Road work in our area EXTENDED

The Washtenaw County Road Commission will be performing road work in three of the four townships again this week.

In Sharon Township:

Unpaved local roads throughout Sharon Township will continue to have shoulder work and roadside mowing, as this rolling operation has been extended through July 16th.

In Bridgewater Township:

Unpaved local roads throughout Bridgewater Township will continue to have a dust control, as this rolling operation has been extended through July 16th.

In Bridgewater and Manchester Townships (and Saline Township):

Austin Road between M-52 and the City of Saline will have intermittent lane closures for preventative maintenance fog seal this week. This work was supposed to have started last week but instead will start this week.

In Manchester Township:

This week, Herman Road between Watkins Road and Sharon Hollow Road will have intermittent lane closures for preventive maintenance fog seal. This work was supposed to have started last week but instead will start this week.

Unpaved local roads throughout Manchester Township will have shoulder work and roadside mowing through July 16th. They will continue to have a dust control rolling operation, as this also has been extended through July 16th.
