NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON APPLICATION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
October 18, 2021- 7:00 P.M.

Notice is hereby given that the Manchester Village Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 18, 2021 at 7:00 pm at the Manchester Village Hall, 912 City Road, Manchester, MI.

The purpose of the hearing is to allow residents to comment on the application for conditional use submitted by Manchester Market, LLC to operate a bar/lounge serving alcoholic beverages and providing entertainment at 455 W. Main Street.

If you would like to comment on the application and are unable to attend the public hearing, you may send written comments to the Village Clerk, 912 City Road, Manchester, MI 48158, or deliver them in person, by 4:00 pm on Monday, October 18, 2021.

The Manchester Village Council will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services upon ten days notice to the Village.

Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services should contact the Manchester Village clerk at (734) 428-7877.
