Once in a lifetime does a family get to celebrate three significant birthdays in a year. On Sunday September 19 of this year, it happened. The Charles and Emma Weidmayer families came together to mark the special occasion of Irma Weidmayer, who turned 100 years old on January 12; Gary Weidmayer, who turned 75 on Sept. 19; and Greg Weidmayer, who was 50 years old on June 5.

It was a beautiful day on the Armin Weidmayer homestead hosting this special day. The family had promised their mother when she turned 100 in January that they would celebrate later in the year. Lots of good food, fellowship, and of course card playing took place with about 100 Weidmayers present. It was truly a special day for the family.

The photo above shows Irma, Gary & Greg posing for a picture in front of a 1941 Farmall H tractor, which had belonged to Irma's father, Joseph Lindeman. It was purchased by Gary a few years back at an auction in Bridgewater for his son, Greg, who fixed and restored this family treasure that occasionally works on the family farm.
