Scrap drives have become expected at Sharon UMC by our community. We regularly are asked about the next date for a scrap drive. In the past, our scrap drives have funded mission trips to Haiti, beans and rice packaging for Haiti, Clean Water for the city of Flint, and the village of Lueji, Congo.

Sharon UMC will hold its annual scrap metal drive the last two Saturdays of October, 2021. Metal items may be dropped off either Oct 23 or 30 between the hours of 8 am and 1 pm behind the Fellowship Hall. Please enter the driveway from West Pleasant Lake Road.
