The Manchester Mirror is partnering with the Manchester Chamber of Commerce to highlight a different Chamber of Commerce member each week! This week we are starting with spotlighting The Manchester Area Historical Society. Visit https://48158.com/ for information on joining the Chamber.

Comerica Bank (formerly Union Savings Bank) at 135 E. Main Street, has been "the bank on the corner" in Manchester for more than 125 years. The current staff has a cumulative 80+ years of banking experience, according to Cindy Clark, branch manager.

Cindy says she has been working in customer service since she was 13 years old, and she currently holds more than 20 years experience in banking service; over 17 years of that right here in downtown Manchester.

"I enjoy taking care of people," she says. "I chose Manchester because of the small town atmosphere here. It's more personal, and that's important when you're handling other people's money."

She adds, "We may be a large bank, but we handle everything on a very local level. You never have to deal with a 1-800 number unless you choose to!"

Comerica Bank chose to be part of the Manchester Area Chamber of Commerce to be involved in local events, and to really get to know people who might not be walking in their door.

Stop in and say hello to the experienced, friendly folks at Comerica Bank in Manchester.
