Manchester is brewing up some Halloween fun this weekend!

Something "wicked" is coming your way. A "Witches Night Out" event is planned for Saturday, October 23 from 6-9 pm in downtown Manchester. The evening will include spooky treats, shopping, drinking, dining, games, raffles, and in-store specials. Goodie bags with discounts, business information, and raffle tickets will be provided to the first 75 participants!

Look for the witches hats in the windows of participating businesses! Participating businesses include: Frank's Place, serving cocktail club "Cat Noir" and "Dark and Stormy" drinks, food, and Halloween fun; Worth Repeating will have treats, and if you're in costume, you'll get 50% off one item; the Sharon Valley Bike Shoppe will serve cake treats, and is offering 15% off all accessories and clothing; All Thingz Green has free samples and quick essential oil make-n-takes; River Raisin Mercantile will feature a pumpkin search with freebies and discounts, along with a sweet treat.

Jam N Suds Factory (laundromat) will entertain you with live music and karaoke; get a free carnation at the Flower Garden; Exhale Yoga, in its new location at 227 E. Main, will offer a treat along with a flyer/coupon for services; Adorned Art in the Mill has post cards; the Sassy Peacock is offering sales, treats, and you can also enter to win a purse; Sweet Leilani's will be serving spooky treats and drinks; Beauty by Kellie Dawna will be at the River Raisin Distillery doing skincare and nails by Maygen; the River Raisin Distillery will also be serving up drinks, specials, and offering games; and Over The Edge will have a cauldron specialty drink, witch favors for those dressed in costume, food, and from 9-12 an after party with karaoke.

Get your photo taken with friends at several locations ... Worth Repeating, River Raisin Mercantile, Sassy Peacock, Sweet Leilani's, and the River Raisin Distillery. It's definitely selfie time!

Costumes are optional, but encouraged. A costume contest and witches cackle contest will begin at 9 pm at the mill in downtown Manchester. Prizes, donated by the Sassy Peacock and River Raisin Mercantile, will be given for the best costumes and who has the loudest and scariest witch's cackle. There will also be a raffle drawing for all participants with a prize sponsored by Dan Baldwin at Edward Jones.

Don't miss this fun event to celebrate the witches' favorite holiday!
