Virginia "Ginny" Novess — November 17, 1931 - November 17, 2021

Virginia Edith Novess, 90, of Manchester, passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, November 17, 2021. Ginny’s family and friends will gather at 10 am on Monday, November 22, 2021 at Eineder Funeral Homes — Manchester Chapel. Her funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm on Monday, November 22 at Eineder Funeral Homes — Manchester Chapel. Interment to follow at Oak Grove Cemetery, Manchester. Reverend James Patterson will officiate.

She was born on November 17, 1931, in Adrian to Harold and Ethel (Stewart) Butler. Ginny married the love of her life, Robert Novess, at 7:30 pm on July 10, 1954, at the Miller’s residence in Adrian. Ginny graduated from Adrian High School, class of 1949. She worked at Morrison’s 5 & 10 in downtown Adrian for 15 years. At the age of 23, Ginny became a housewife and loved every moment of it. She was a member of Clinton Assembly of God for over 20 years.

Ginny will be missed by her husband of 67 years, Bob; a niece, Mary Jo Staley of Cadmus, Michigan and good family friends, the Hinderer family. She was preceded in death by her parents.
