Yoga is back! Washtenaw Community College is planning to hold in-person Senior Focus classes during winter term beginning in January 2022.

The Manchester Area Senior Citizens Council, Inc., will, again, sponsor the yoga classes. They will be held at the Manchester United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall, 501 Ann Arbor Street, on Tuesdays, from 9:30 to 11. The dates for winter term classes are January 11, 18, and 25; February 1, 15, and 22; March 8, 15, 22, and 29; and April 5. Note there will be no class on February 8.

The church follows the Washtenaw County rules for masking, so as of now, masks will be required for participation. If the County drops that rule, the church will, too. Be prepared and bring a mask.

Senior Focus classes offered through Washtenaw Community College are for residents of Washtenaw County who are 65 years and older. The Manchester Area Senior Citizens Council, Inc., covers the Village of Manchester as well as the Townships of Bridgewater, Freedom, Manchester, and Sharon.
