During the month of November, there were 139 calls for service. During this time, 71 traffic stops were made, resulting in 19 citations.

Noteworthy events in Manchester Village during the month include:

On November 18, a collaboration deputy responded to the 200 block of Wager Street for a report of a fraud. The complainant reported that she had the been the victim of a computer fraud after a "pop up" ad indicated her computer had a virus and the solution was to send eBay gift card numbers to the suspect over the phone. At this time, it is unknown who the suspect is, or how they accessed the computer.

Sgt. Joel Gebauer reiterated that scammers are rampant online and warned that residents should treat any similar pop-up ads, phone calls, or messages, with extreme suspicion. Many Manchester citizens have been victims of such scams and some have lost thousands of dollars. Especially if there is any request to pay for a service, fine, or product via gift card(s), the resident should end the call immediately.

On November 28, a collaboration deputy was dispatched to the 200 block of Duncan Street for a report of a Malicious Damage to Property complaint. The business owner reported that black magnetic trim pieces on his building were broken and had been rearranged in the shape of a swastika. There were also three portable handicap parking signs removed from the lot, which were later recovered in the river. There were no witnesses or cameras in the area that captured this incident.

Two parking citations were issued in November for ordinance violations: On the corner of Beaufort Street and City Road, and in the area of Wolverine and East Vernon Streets.
