The Nonprofit Round Table was initiated by the Manchester Community Resource Center (CRC) in September of 2014. Since then, representatives of Manchester-area nonprofit organizations have been meeting every four months (January, May, and September) to exchange ideas, identify areas of need in the community, confirm each group’s mission and area of focus, compile a list of projects planned to address ongoing needs, and identify ways the various groups can collaborate and support one another.

The meeting of the Round Table originally scheduled for Tuesday, May 17, has been canceled. Our changing times call for a shift in venue. To continue the exchange of information about upcoming activities that benefit the community, the CRC will be contributing a column in The Manchester Mirror. Once a month an article will feature a local nonprofit partner, describe the good work being done, and outline ways members of the community can get involved.
