NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
June 15, 2022, 7:00 P.M.

Notice is hereby given that the Manchester Village Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 15, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. at the Manchester Village Hall, 912 City Rd, Manchester, MI 48158.

The purpose of the public hearing is to allow public comment on the re-zoning of parcel # PM 16-02-320-003 and  parcel # PM 16-02-320-005, owned by Scott Ringlein and located on N. Washington Street. The request is to change the zoning from R-3 Multiple Family Residential - Medium Density to R1B - Single Family Residential - Medium Density.

If you would like to comment and are not able to attend the meeting, you may send written comments to the Village Clerk, 912 City Rd, Manchester, MI 48158, or deliver them in person, no later than 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 15, 2022.

The Manchester Village Planning Commission will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services upon ten days’ notice.
