Letter to the editor: How much are Village employees paid?

Manchester Mirror,

Just recently the Ann Arbor News published the names, job titles, and wages of all University of Michigan employees so I sent a FOIA request to the Village of Manchester for similar information of Village staff. Now I am sending it to the Mirror so they can publish it like the Ann Arbor News did for U of M staff, so Village taxpayers can see what they are paying for.

Salary:
Michael Sessions, Village Manager: $94,500
Tom Thompson, WWTP Superintendent: $85,000
Brent Jones, DPW Superintendent: $74,474
Julie Schaible, Village Clerk: $63,336

Hourly:
Mike Rockol, DPW Worker: $27.92/hr
Jack Gould, Village Treasurer: $26.53/hr
Jessica Clark, Acc Clerk: $26.25/hr
Brian Kunzelman, DPW Worker: $26.19/hr
Jon Chander, DPW Worker WWTP: $24/hr

Part-Time Staff:
Rich Hosmer, DPW: $18.90/hr
Gary Wiedmayer, DPW: $18.90/hr
Jim Wild, DPW: $18.90/hr
Crossing Guards: $15.75/hr
