NOTICE OF REGISTRATION
FOR THE SPECIAL ELECTION TO BE HELD ON
TUESDAY, MAY 2, 2023
TO THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BRIDGEWATER:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that any qualified elector of the township of Bridgewater who is not already registered, may register to vote at the office of the Township Clerk; the office of the County Clerk; a Secretary of State branch office, or other designated state agency. Registration forms can be obtained at mi.gov/vote and mailed to their Township/City Clerk. Voters who are already registered may update their registration at www.expressSOS.com.
The last day to register in any manner other than in-person with the local clerk is Monday, April 17, 2023.
After this date, anyone who qualifies as an elector may register to vote in person with proof of residency (MCL 168.497) at the Township Clerk’s office, located at the following locations during the following hours:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Saline Area School district will be voting on the following millage proposal as presented and listed below:

Operating Millage Renewal Proposal
This proposal will allow the school district to continue to levy the statutory rate of not to exceed 18 mills on all property, except principal residence and other property exempted by law, required for the school district to receive its revenue per pupil foundation allowance and renews millage that will expire with the 2023 tax levy.
Shall the currently authorized millage rate limitation of 21.8508 mills ($21.8508 on each $1,000 of taxable valuation) on the amount of taxes which may be assessed against all property, except principal residence and other property exempted by law, in Saline Area Schools, Washtenaw County, Michigan, be renewed for a period of 10 years, 2024 to 2033, inclusive, to provide funds for operating purposes; the estimate of the revenue the school district will collect if the millage is approved and 18 mills are levied in 2024 is approximately $8,501,850 (this is a renewal of millage that will expire with the 2023 tax levy)?
