Helmke to continue soccer career at Baldwin Wallace University

Grace Helmke of Manchester and Manchester High School is one of 13 women’s soccer newcomers to continue their career at Baldwin Wallace University.

Coach Wojtkun, who is in his seventh season, returns eighteen letterwinners, two All-Ohio Athletic Conference players, and 10 Academic All-OAC selections from last year’s OAC tournament-qualifying team that posted an overall record of 9-9-1 and a 4-4-1 record in conference play.

The Yellow Jackets open the 2023 campaign on Saturday, September 2, at the Herb Lauffer Memorial Tournament in Erie, Pa., where they will take on non-conference opponent Penn State-Behrend.
