The Manchester Township Fire Department took possession of their new truck, Engine 7-1, this weekend and the new engine is now in service. The 2023 KME engine, which has a Rescue/Pumper body, five-person cab, 1,500-gpm pump, and 850-gallon water tank, is replacing a 1996 KME engine, which served the department for the last 27 years and which itself replaced a 1966 Ford fire truck that served for 30 years. The Fire Department thanks the community for their continued support.
