Trace your own hand or someone else’s, as the Historic Craft Project offers a “Heart in Hand” workshop just in time for Valentine’s Day at the blacksmith museum shop.

Choose one of three heart-making techniques and add your own message and other embellishments to create a personal valentine suitable for framing. Bring an assortment of papers if you’d like to make it your own. We will be using both new and recycled papers.

The class will be held at the Blacksmith Museum, 324 E Main St, Manchester, on Thursday, February 8, 6:30–8:30pm, and will be led by instructor Margaret Shaw. The price is
$20 — cash or check made out to “Manchester Area Historical Society.”

Register in person at the Blacksmith Museum on Sundays from 1 to 4pm, or email historiccraftproject@gmail.com.
