PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public meeting of the City of Manchester Zoning Board of Appeals will be held at the Manchester City Offices located at 912 City Road, Manchester, MI 48158 on Monday, April 1, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. During this meeting the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on the following matter:

Variance for 324 W. Main Street on Sec. 151.146 (3) regarding the disallowance of blinking, flashing, or fluttering lights or other illuminating devices which have a changing light intensity, brightness, or color, or which are so constructed and operated as to create an appearance or illusion of writing or printing, except that movement showing the date, the time and the temperature exclusively may be permitted.

Persons or their duly appointed representative having interest in said applications shall be there and then be heard at the above described meetings or adjournment thereof relative to any matters that should come before the Zoning Board of Appeals.

Details concerning the aforementioned matters may be examined by interested persons and written comments will be received, at the City of Manchester offices at 912 City Road during office hours, Monday through Friday, between 8am and 4:30pm.
