Every year the Cascades Conference sponsors a Senior Scholar Athlete Awards Banquet honoring athletes who have had exemplary high school careers. The criteria for qualification to receive this award include: 3.5 GPA (unweighted), two sports for at least three years, two varsity sports for senior year, and no violations of the Athletic Code of Conduct. This year’s Manchester Jr/Sr High School recipients include Carson Horky, Jack Coluccy, Will Dykstra, Kannon Duffing, Luke Blumenauer, Kaya Hadden, Peyton Fether, Lydia Bennett, Hunter Anderson, Jozef Sprunk, and Landon LaVigne.
