Course topics include common signs and symptoms of mental health and substance use challenges; how to interact with a young person in crisis; how to connect a young person to help; and expanded content on trauma, substance use, self-care, and the impact of social media and bullying.
The location is virtual and takes place on November 19, 2024, from 10am to 3pm. The course is open to anyone 18 and older and is free for all participants. Registration is required and closes November 15 at 5pm. To register, visit tinyurl.com/ymhfanov19
