The Manchester community is cordially invited to join the Klager community for Carnival!

Carnival is a fundraiser for Klager’s Leader in Me initiative. This cash-only event will be taking place at Luther C. Klager Elementary School on Friday, March 14, from 5:30 to 7:30pm. Game and prize tickets are 25¢ each. Raffle tickets are $5 each.

Carnival will be a fun night for the whole family with games, raffles, prizes, and concessions. The Manchester National Honor Society High School students will be on hand to help run the games. The PTO will be supporting concessions for the evening.

The games have been designed with children of all ages in mind. Some highlights include a cookie walk, an obstacle course, face painting, and a mini putt-putt course designed by the Riverside STEM classes. Additional activities include ring toss, horseshoe toss, duck pond, fishing for books, and more!

The basket raffle is another exciting feature of Carnival. Classrooms put together baskets to help fund raise for the event. Basket themes include: Family Movie Night, Around the Campfire, Family Game Night, Zingerman’s Chocolate Basket, Ready for Spring, Spa, Ocean, Family Fitness, Game Night, Pizza Party, and Picnic Basket. Two baskets have also been donated by the community. Dragonfly and Birch donated a basket filled with beautiful products. Additional businesses generously contributed gift cards to help create an exciting Manchester Business Basket: The Flower Garden, Frank’s Place, Hungry Wolf, River Raisin Antiques, SteeleGrafix, and The Vintage Flea.

Carnival promises to be a night filled with fun, laughter, and family together time. We hope you can join in the fun!
