Steven Head selected as next MCS superintendent

Manchester Community Schools Board of Education has chosen a new superintendent! Steven Head, former (retired) Superintendent of Onsted Community Schools was unanimously selected by the board at their June 2nd special meeting. They have convened a contract negotiations committee and they are working with Head to finalize an offer with the goal of approving it at the upcoming June 16 regular school board meeting. The district expects to make an official announcement introducing him to the community after the meeting on June 16.
