Over the Edge adds a char broil grill!

Over the Edge, the sports bar located at 230 E Main St, on the corner of M-52 and Main Street has added a new char broil grill in their kitchen. Cooking on a char broil grill sears in the flavors and imparts a degree of charring which gives the meat a light charcoal smoke flavor. Currently, Over the Edge is offering char grilled steaks, brats, and burgers but there will be upcoming specials. Katelynn Austad of Over the Edge stated “I tried the steak for the first time and it’s better than Texas road house!”

Austad explained how Over the Edge decided to invest in the grill. She stated, “We wanted to take things to the next level and offer more than just great pizza and cold drinks. Investing in a charbroil grill gave us the chance to expand our menu with high-quality, flame-grilled items — and our steak, brats, and burgers are just the beginning.”

What else is going on at Over the Edge? They offer Music Bingo every Wednesday at 7pm with prizes which is free to play for all ages and karaoke every Saturday at 9pm. The have weekly $1.99 beer specials (bottle and draft) and has new Ollies coupons. Ollies still delivers anywhere in Manchester.

Austad concluded, “Our Golf outing is coming up on July 20th; $20,000 Hole In One. $10,000 goes to the winner and $10,000 goes to Manchester HIgh School Athletics.”
