The Fairies have landed all over Manchester! Join us in this 1-mile tour of Manchester exploring beautifully decorated fairy gardens throughout our city. We welcome all fairy folk, gnomes, and their nature gifts. Please join us in sharing fun treasures like rocks and shells, or even something shiny as they really do enjoy a glistening sparkle or gift of nature. Have a “fairy” fun time visiting all of the Manchester Fairy Gardens!

Start at The Manchester District Library and pick up your tour map (or use the one below). There are several potted fairy gardens on display at the library. The stops:

  1. The Manchester District Library, 912 City Rd
  2. 123 Hibbard St
  3. “The Gnome Zone” at 120 Torrey St welcomes guests into their magic world. When coming up from Duncan Street it will appear on the walkers’ left side, all along the old fence line. Guardian Gnome & Frog Prince🐸 are at the front for directions.
  4. 412 East Main St
  5. Downtown Manchester has many Fairy Doors. How many can you find?
  6. 211 West Main, behind the Gazebo

Thank you “fairy” much for all who participated in The 5th Annual Manchester Fairy Garden Contest! The judges really had a “fairy” tough time choosing the winners for The Manchester Fairy Garden Contest of 2025. There is something unique and special about every garden. Manchester will be buzzing with fairies this summer.

Due to the generous support of Worth Repeating, we were able to offer five winning prizes this year: two adult winners and three child winners. Without further ado, the two finalists for the adults’ contest are…

  • 2nd Place — Joanna Demski with her potted fairy garden at the Manchester District Library
  • 1st Place — Linda Schweigert-Carnahan with “The Gnome Zone” at 120 Torrey St

The three finalists for the children’s contest are…

  • 3rd Place — Gracie Kile with her potted fairy garden at the Manchester District Library
  • 2nd Place — Noah Kile with his potted fairy garden at the Manchester District Library
  • 1st Place — Anna Raus at 412 E Main St

Honorable Mentions go to

  • Amelia Hall
  • Leah Hall
  • Serenity Jones
  • Gabbie Avery

A huge thank you to each and every one of our participants, and an especially magical Thank You “FAIRY” Much to Worth Repeating for sponsoring The Manchester Fairy Garden Contest of 2025.
