‘the Manchester Mirror‘ holding an open house at the Farmers Market

In February, the Manchester Mirror held our first ever “open house” at the Manchester District Library. We are holding our second on Thursday, July 17, at the Manchester Farmers Market on Adrian Street from 3pm to 6pm. Are you interested in volunteering? Do you have an idea for a monthly column you want to pitch us? Do you want to cover a specific high school sport? Are you plugged into the goings-on in a township and willing to write the occasional article? Do you want to volunteer but don’t want to write? We have lots of non-writing volunteer opportunities as well. Come talk to us at the open house! Unfortunately we won’t have free cookies this time as to not compete with vendors.
We are endlessly grateful for the volunteers that we do have, our copy editor, our pick-up and delivery team, and our regular (and semi-regular) contributors. We are also grateful for our donors who help us keep the presses running and the website up. Thank you, everyone, and we hope to talk to you in person at the open house!
