For the third consecutive year, the Community Resource Center (CRC) is proud to have provided Manchester Chicken Broil tickets to individuals and families in our community, ensuring everyone has access to this beloved local tradition.
This year, CRC distributed 122 tickets through the generous support of our community. An anonymous donor made a significant contribution by providing 50 tickets directly to the program. The remaining 72 tickets were purchased by CRC using general funds donated by community members throughout the year.
This meal-voucher program represents what makes Manchester special — it’s not just about providing access to a community event, but ensuring families can enjoy a good, healthy meal together while participating in our town’s traditions.
The Manchester Chicken Broil has long been a cornerstone of our community calendar, bringing neighbors together for great food and fellowship. Through this program, CRC ensures that financial barriers don’t prevent anyone from joining in the celebration.
The success of this initiative depends entirely on community support. From the anonymous donor who contributed tickets to the many residents who donate to CRC’s general fund throughout the year, these collective efforts make the program possible.
CRC hopes to continue this valuable program in future years, maintaining Manchester’s tradition of looking out for one another. The organization remains grateful for the ongoing support from community members who understand that small acts of generosity create lasting impacts.
