SYNOPSIS OF MEETING MINUTES

July 8, 2025, Regular Board Meeting

Held in person at the Freedom Town Hall

Meeting called to order at 8:00pm

Members present: Lindemann, Bristle, Layher, Huehl, Schaible absent-none   4 public in attendance.

The board heard public comments, communications received, and treasurer, clerk, planning commission, ordinance enforcement officer and zoning administrator’s reports.

Items approved:

1. Minutes for June 10, 2025
2. Treasurer’s report
3. To accept the contract with the WAVE Bus Service for one year, July 1, 2025-July 1, 2026 and agrees to pay $2,500 in one installment for their services.
4. To power wash the town hall at an estimate of $500.
5. Warrants

Meeting adjourned at 9:55p.m.
