NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Manchester Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on August 27, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Manchester Township Offices, 275 S. Macomb Street, Manchester, MI 48158, to receive comments on the following variance petition:

REQUEST Petition to construct a detached garage at 14565 Sharon Hollow Road. The applicant requests a reduction of the required front yard setback from sixty (60) feet to forty-four (44) feet, a total variance of sixteen (16) feet. 

LOCATION The property is located at 14565 Sharon Hollow Road (PID: 16-33-200-010) in the AR (Rural Agricultural) Zoning District.

PUBLIC INSPECTION: A copy of the proposed petition is available for public inspection at the Manchester Township offices during normal business hours.
