SYNOPSIS OF MEETING MINUTES

August 12, 2025, Regular Board Meeting

Held in person at the Freedom Town Hall 

Meeting called to order at 8:00pm 

Members present: Lindemann, Bristle, Layher, Huehl, Schaible absent-none   7 public in attendance.

The board heard public comments, communications received, and treasurer, clerk, planning commission, ordinance enforcement officer and zoning administrator’s reports. 

Items approved:

1. Minutes for July 8, 2025
2. Treasurer’s report
3. To purchase MTA online learning subscription for 1-year premium pass for $1,900.
4. Warrants

Meeting adjourned at 9:33p.m.
