Washtenaw County Health Department (WCHD) recently announced that Washtenaw County Community Mental Health Crisis Team and wishyouknewwashtenaw worked together to prepare a LGBTQIA+ Resource Guide. WCHD stated, “If you or anyone else you know are part of the LGBTQ+ community and struggling with mental health concerns and/or are upset by recent local and national policy changes, please know there are people who stand side-by-side with you in support. There are still plenty of resources available to you, right now, within our county and beyond.”

WCHD added, “LGBTQ+ youth deserve to feel seen, heard, safe, and supported. Call the Washtenaw County Community Mental Health 24/7 Access Line at (734) 544-3050 for mental health support.”
