Last Friday evening, superintendent Steve Head, and school board members Michael Tindall, Jennifer Caszatt, and Sandra Wiitala attended the athletic complex ribbon cutting ceremony before the first home football game of the season. The football players themselves cut the ribbon. The renovations, which included improvements to the track and field area, a new entrance, and improvements to the bleachers, began in March and were funded with the bond passed by voters in November of 2023. The Flying Dutchmen were victorious winning 54 to 3 over Vandercook Lake.
