The weather was perfect Saturday evening for the fifth Witches Night Out. Merrill Guerra, one of the organizers, stated, “Potions were a fun success with quest seekers answering fun questions or doing dances to get a potion. Lots of folks were downtown … the Mill was full of people dancing and drinking with more people outside around the bonfire in Adrian St. We had about 16 contestants for the costume and cackle contests from as far away as Jackson, Pinckney, and Ann Arbor.”

Guerra, who owns Dragonfly and Birch, had customers from the west side of the state coming back from a conference in Detroit. “They wanted to do something fun and different after their conference and saw this online so decided to do this on their way back home!” she said.
