SYNOPSIS OF MEETING MINUTES

October 14, 2025, Regular Board Meeting

Held in person at the Freedom Town Hall 

Meeting called to order at 8:00pm 

Members present: Lindemann, Bristle, Layher, Huehl, Schaible absent-none   3 public in attendance.

The board heard public comments, communications received, and treasurer, clerk, planning commission, ordinance enforcement officer and zoning administrator’s reports. 

Items approved:

1. Minutes for September 9, 2025
2. Treasurer’s report
3. To have ER Lawn Service be responsible for snow removal at the town hall for 2025-2026 winter months.
4. To sign the 3-year updated contract and continue to use Manchester Fire Department as our fire protection providers and first responders.
5. To approve the newsletter as presented and use Spectrum Printing for printing/mailing of the fall 2025 newsletter.
6. Warrants
