Public Hearing Notice

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Manchester Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on December 4, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., at the Manchester Township Offices, 275 S. Macomb Street, Manchester, MI 48158, to receive comments on the following variance petition:

REQUEST Petition for relief to construct a wireless telecommunications monopole tower and related equipment at 14180 Schleweis Road (PID: 16-23-200-017) in the Rural Agricultural Zoning District. 

Per Section 16.20(D)(6) Height. Towers shall not exceed one hundred eighty (180) feet. Height shall be measured from the finished grade of the parcel to the highest point on the tower or other structure, including the base pad and any antenna.

LOCATION The property is located at 14180 Schleweis Road (PID: 16-33-200-010) in the AR (Rural Agricultural) Zoning District.

PUBLIC INSPECTION: A copy of the proposed petition is available for public inspection at the Manchester Township offices during normal business hours.
