NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Manchester Township Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing, in accordance with the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act, PA 110 of 2006, as amended, on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 7:30 pm, at the Manchester Township Hall, located at 275 S. Macomb Street, Manchester, MI 48158. 

PURPOSE: The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comments on and consider a request regarding a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) petition for the construction and operation of a 190-foot wireless telecommunications monopole tower and related equipment to fill a significant coverage gap for Verizon. This consideration is required under the Manchester Township Zoning Ordinance, Section 16.20(c)(2), as a Conditional Use.

APPLICANT: Vertical Bridge / The Towers, LLC (with Ramaker & Associates as Agent

LOCATION: The property is located at 14180 Schleweis Road, Manchester Township, 48158; (PID: 16-23-200-017).

PUBLIC INSPECTION: A copy of the proposed petition is available for public inspection at the Manchester Township offices during normal business hours.

WRITTEN COMMENTS: Written comments and/or inquiries may be submitted to the Manchester Township Clerk in person, by phone at (734) 428-7090 ex. 110, or via email (dproctor@twp-manchester.org).
