SYNOPSIS OF MEETING MINUTES

November 11, 2025, Regular Board Meeting

Held in person at the Freedom Town Hall 

Meeting called to order at 8:00pm 

Members present: Lindemann, Bristle, Layher, Huehl, Schaible absent-none   3 public in attendance.

The board heard public comments, communications received, and treasurer, clerk, planning commission, ordinance enforcement officer and zoning administrator’s reports. 

Items approved:

1. Minutes for October 14, 2025
2. The corrections made to the September 9, 2025, Treasurer’s report
3. October Treasurer’s report
4. Warrants 

Second public comment

Meeting adjourned at 9:58p.m.
