MEETING SYNOPSIS
4-Dec-25

The regular monthly meeting of the Bridgewater Township Board of Trustees was called to order by Supervisor Fromhart at 7:02 p.m. Five board members were present (quorum) with eight citizens in attendance. Board approved the 6-Nov-25 meeting minutes as amended. The board approved the agenda as presented. Board approved monthly claims of $44,058.90. The Board interviewed two law firms. The board approved the 2026 Board of Trustees Regular Meeting Dates Resolution 2025-14. Board approved board appointments. The Board approved the resolution 2025-15, Federal Poverty Guideline. The Board approved resolution 2025-16 honoring Dave Horney. The Board approved motion to move forward with Township Hall addition and to accept the professional service agreement from MultiCraft construction L.L.C. The board heard supervisor, treasurer & trustee reports. The board received written reports from the sheriff, PC & Zoning Administrator. There was no citizen participation. Meeting adjourned at 9:20 p.m.
