Notice of Adoption

Please take notice that on December 9, 2025, the Township Board of Manchester Township adopted Ordinance No. 117, which amends Manchester Township Ordinance No. 23 to provide a process for the Manchester Township Board to vary or modify the requirements of that ordinance under certain circumstances. Ordinance No. 117 has the following sections and taglines: Section 1: Amendment of Ordinance No. 23, Section 7; Section 2: Severability; Section 3: Repeal; and Section 4: Effective Date. Copies of the Ordinance may be obtained from Danell Proctor, Manchester Township Clerk, at 275 S. Macomb St. Manchester, MI 48158 during regular business hours.
