Washtenaw County Conservation District is offering a workshop, Incorporating Native Plants in Michigan Farms, on February 18, from 10am to 2pm, at the Washtenaw County Conservation District offices located at 705 N Zeeb Rd., #201, in Ann Arbor. This workshop is open to row/cash-crop farmers in Michigan at no cost.

Explore practical ways to incorporate native plants into your farming operation — enhancing soil and water health, creating new income opportunities, and accessing technical guidance and funding options. Learn directly from MSU Extension educators, conservation professionals, and an experienced native seed producer as they share insights from the field.

Register online by visiting https://washtenawcd.org, clicking on “events”, and then clicking on “Incorporating Native Plants in Michigan Farms”, then clicking on the “register online” button. Registration closes on February 17.
