NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING COMMENT PERIOD AND PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF MANCHESTER MASTER PLAN 

The City of Manchester recently completed an update to its Master Plan. This is a notice of the initiation of the 63-day review period and public hearing for the draft plan in accordance with Section 41 and 43 of the Michigan Planning Enabling Act. A copy of the proposed Master Plan can be obtained from www.city-manchester.org. Comments should be submitted to:

The public hearing on the Master Plan is scheduled for February 2, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at Manchester City Hall, 912 City Road. This notice is given pursuant to and in full compliance with the Open Meetings Act, being Act 267, Public Acts of Michigan, 1976, and minutes of  said meeting will be kept and will be made available as required by said Act.
