MEETING SYNOPSIS

The regular monthly meeting of the Bridgewater Township Board of Trustees was called to order by Supervisor Fromhart at 7:03 p.m. Five board members were present (quorum) with 3 citizens in attendance. The board approved the 4-Dec-25 meeting minutes as presented. The board approved the agenda as amended, adding item G, plumbing proposals for the sewer plant. The board approved monthly disbursements of $30,855.05. The board approved the proposal from the Law offices of Conlin, McKenney & Philbrick, PC making them the townships attorney of record. The board approved the AT&T Metro Act Right of way permit extension. The board approved the workable Solar Energy Facilities & Devices zoning ordinance amendment # 67-12 by roll call vote. The Board approved the quotes for the Preliminary Architectural Feasibility report and the Archeological & Historian report as presented. The Board heard Supervisor, Clerk &Treasurer reports. The board received minutes from the Planning Commission and reports from the Assessor, Manchester Fire department and Zoning Administrator. No citizen participation. Meeting adjourned at 10:06 p.m.
