PUBLIC NOTICE – REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFPs)

Manchester Community Schools is accepting sealed proposals for two Riverside Intermediate School technology projects: (1) Classroom Technology Project and (2) School Clock & Intercom System. RFP packets available at https://www.manchesterschools.us/district/public-notice/. 

• Questions are due: 1/26/2026 @ 2:30 PM. 
• Proposals are due: 1/30/2026 @ 3:00 PM. 
• Bid opening date is: 1/30/2026 @ 3:30 PM. 

Submit sealed proposals to Manchester Community Schools, Attn: Technology Director, Benjamin Bruursema at 710 E Main St., Manchester, MI 48158, and plainly marked on the outside: 

1. “A Bid for Manchester Community Schools – “Classroom Technology Project – BID”. 

2. “A Bid for Manchester Community Schools – “School Clock and Intercom System – BID”.
